Location Data

Ride Recon may request your location to place trail reports, hazard reports, rider assist requests, trail add requests, and to support map features such as Locate Me.

Location data is used to support trail condition awareness and rider safety features. Do not submit precise location details you do not want associated with a report or request.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to display trail conditions, show recent rider activity, support admin review, improve trail data, and help riders make better decisions before heading out.

Emergency Disclaimer

Ride Recon is not an emergency service. If there is an emergency, call 911 or local emergency services directly.

Account & Data Deletion

Ride Recon users may request deletion of their account and associated app data at any time.

To request deletion, use the button below or email privacy@riderecon.app from the email address associated with your Ride Recon account.

You do not need to be signed in to submit a deletion request, but we may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting account data.

Deletion requests may include your account profile, email address, favorite trails, rider profile information, garage information, and other app data associated with your account.

Some information may be retained only when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate operational purposes.

We may contact you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
